01 General Terms

By using the 11bdt website and all its services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement and govern the relationship between you and 11bdt.

11bdt operates solely as an entertainment betting platform. By using this platform, you acknowledge that betting is a risk-based activity with the potential for financial loss. 11bdt does not guarantee financial gain in any form.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text. All operations of 11bdt are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 11bdt, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with anyone else.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.

Identity Verification (KYC)

11bdt follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international standards. Before your first withdrawal or for any transaction exceeding ৳5,000, you will need to submit one of the following identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (with photo)

Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be temporarily placed on hold.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 11bdt are handled with complete transparency and security. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be refunded and the transaction will be voided.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed after KYC verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is set separately and is subject to change.

04 Betting Rules & Regulations

All users are required to follow the rules below when betting at 11bdt. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a live cash-out option is available.
• Bets must be placed before the event begins or within the designated time window during live betting.
• 11bdt sets the maximum bet limit per event, and this is subject to change.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11bdt reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If an Event is Cancelled or Postponed

If an event is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the designated timeframe, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. 11bdt's decision is final in determining the minimum time threshold for any event.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply. 11bdt is not liable for bets that fail to go through due to connectivity issues.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

11bdt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page. However, certain general rules apply across all offers.

• Each bonus offer applies once per person.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before placing bets with bonus funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the bonus period expires.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses will result in account closure.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11bdt platform. If any of these are detected, the account will be closed immediately.

• Multiple Accounts: A single individual may not operate more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple identities to claim bonuses or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accumulator Betting: Multiple individuals colluding to influence or manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Automated Software: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a channel for money laundering.
• Fraudulent Information: Using false or forged documents during registration or verification.

07 Limitation of Liability

11bdt is not liable for the following:

• Betting failures caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Financial loss or emotional distress resulting from betting.

11bdt is always working to maintain a high standard of service. However, 100% uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Any planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

11bdt reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Voluntary closure requested by the user.
• Self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If an account is closed, any verified balance will be refunded, but bonus funds will be forfeited. In cases of closure due to fraud, the entire balance may be confiscated.
